Chats du jour: Please sir buy my matches

Poor hungry kitties. Forced to forage for scraps.

Laverne thinks maybe a banana. Or shallots. Is that what those little onions are? Or scallions? I always mix them up. Get those at the Vietnamese grocery along with your persimmons. That's where you get the best deals. Bok choy, too.

Why yes. She'll have a bite of that banana. SH says this is proof that Shirley is not the only naughty cat in the house and that Laverne is not as sweet as I thought.

Shirley is forced to lick the dried steam flavor left on the wax paper we use to cover the food we warm in the microwave. She's sooooo hungry.

Curses, foiled again, Shirley says to herself as she tries to lick the food left in the bowl that I put in the sink. The other night, I ran the water on her back for 30, yes that is THIRTY SECONDS I COUNTED, before she finally jumped out of the sink. Bring it, she said as she turned to me and glared. BRING IT. Or maybe it's just that her fur is that thick. She is a desperate cat. Because we are starving them. As you can see from the photos I have posted.

God, will you feed those poor kitties already!
Talk about cruel...

The one where she bites the banana is classic! Plush kitty biting a banana like she was taking a chunk out of an antelope.

Shirley just licked the remnants of the steamed chopped broccoli from the bowl in the sink. Whatever.

Are you sure these are actually cats and not some sort of scavenging monsters?

The cats may be driving YOU crazy, but you are certainly allowing them to provide your readership with a LOT of enjoyment!
