Marriage 201, Lecture 423: Save big money by not shopping

SH: Maybe I don't have to go to Menards.

Me: Maybe.

SH: We don't really need anything.

This was my money saving strategy when my hours were temporarily cut at work, and it worked so well that I've continued to implement it even now that I'm back up to full time!

I just stumbled across your blog. I love it! I'm going to poke around, I promise to put everything back where I found it!

I have also applied this strategy to our budget.
No shopping unless it is something that is really needed. Like last week the only thing I bought was socks and batteries. LOL!
