Marriage 301, Lecture 301: Yes he's a control freak why do you ask?

SH: Has the mail come?

Me: Yes.

SH: Anything for me?

Me: No.

SH [looking through the stuff I put in the recycling]: Hey! There's stuff here I didn't see!

Me: You really care about the Dell catalogue?

SH: What about these coupons? There's a coupon for Pringles here!

Me: You need to eat the potato chips we already have.

SH: What if I wanted to look at these things?

Me: Too bad.

This would also be my husband. For instance - we made an online purchase last night using a combination of giftcards and a credit card. I prepped the order, entered our 3 giftcards, then passed the laptop to him so he could enter his credit card info. NOT GOOD ENOUGH. He had to then do his own reasearch to make sure he was getting his reward points and make sure I had selected the correct item. The sale timed out and he had to re-enter all the giftcard info, which led to about half an hour of him getting frustrated at tiny type. Men.
