I had to search my blog to find this information on The Engineer's preferred haircut schedule. I told him I wouldn't make his appointments any more, but it's easier to do that than to listen to him whine about not being able to reach Carol and why doesn't she have a receptionist? and maybe he'll just go back to Nancy, who is a 30-minute drive from our house (compared to the five minutes for Carol) and who charges almost twice as much as Carol.
An ounce of prevention prevents a pound of whine.
