SH: I would clean the house if I didn't have a job.
Me: No you wouldn't.
SH: I would today. Just this once.
Me: And then what?
SH: Then it would be on an as-needed basis.
Me: It needs to be cleaned once a week.
SH: Maybe the kitchen. But dusting has to happen only when we have company.

That's true. Dust only occurs when there is company. Company brings with it so much dust. Sometimes you'd wish they'd leave their pesky dust-covered bouquets of flowers and bottles of fine wine at home.
Mise, I know! And they get the windows dirty, too. It's almost not worth it.
