Marriage 601, Lecture 765: Waiting for Godot

SH: What are you doing?

Me: Folding towels.

SH: Aren't we going to leave for the restaurant soon?

Me: Yes. I'm ready. I'm waiting for you.

SH: Then why are you folding?

Me: So I'm not wasting time.

SH: Why can't you just stand around and wait?

Me: Why should I waste my time?

SH: Can't you just enjoy the process of waiting for me?

Me: You never do that for me.

SH: That's different.
